Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Sigentic Labs LLC (“Sigentic Labs,” “we,” “us”) collects through our websites and when you contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
The short version: we collect as little as we can, we never sell personal information, and we don’t use it for advertising. Savorly has its own privacy policy, which covers the Savorly apps and savorly.cooking.

1. Scope
This policy covers:
- this website, sigenticlabs.com;
- the websites for our other projects that don’t publish their own policy: morseapp.io (including the Morse waitlist), meshlang.dev and the Incant project site;
- emails and other messages you send us.
It doesn’t cover Savorly, which has its own privacy policy, or third-party services you use alongside our projects, such as GitHub when you open an issue, or OpenAI when you connect it to Incant. Their own policies apply.
2. Information we collect
- Messages you send us. Your email address and whatever you include in your message.
- Waitlist sign-ups. If you join the Morse waitlist on morseapp.io, the email address you enter.
- Technical data. Our hosting providers (such as Cloudflare and GitHub Pages) process your IP address, browser type and the pages you request in order to serve the sites and protect them from abuse.
Our websites don’t use advertising trackers or set cookies for analytics or advertising. sigenticlabs.com loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers when you visit.
3. Our products
Savorly
Savorly is covered by the Savorly privacy policy. You can delete your Savorly account and its data at any time; see how to delete your account.
Morse
Morse is in development. It’s designed so that only the people in a conversation can read it, and its privacy contract describes what its servers can and cannot see. We’ll publish a full privacy policy for the Morse apps before their public release.
Mesh
Mesh is a programming language and toolchain that you install and run on your own computer. Its documentation site, meshlang.dev, is covered by this policy.
Incant
Incant is in development and runs on your own computer. If you connect your own OpenAI account, requests go from your machine directly to OpenAI under OpenAI’s terms. We don’t proxy those requests or store your keys or tokens on our servers.
4. How we use information
- To reply to you and follow up on what you asked about.
- To tell waitlist members when Morse launches.
- To run, secure and improve our websites.
- To comply with the law.
We don’t sell personal information, share it for targeted advertising, or use it to build advertising profiles.
5. Who we share it with
- Service providers that host our websites, store the waitlist and deliver email, under terms that limit their use of the data to providing those services.
- Authorities, when the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety or property of our users, the public or Sigentic Labs.
- A successor, if Sigentic Labs is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. This policy would continue to apply to your information, and we’d tell you about the change.
6. Retention & security
We keep messages for as long as the conversation needs them, and waitlist addresses until we’ve announced the launch or you ask us to remove yours. Server logs are kept for as long as our hosting providers retain them by default. We use encryption in transit and limit who can access personal information, but no system is perfectly secure.
7. Your rights & choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to remove you from the Morse waitlist, by emailing hello@sigenticlabs.com. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU and UK, or U.S. state laws such as the CCPA), you may have further rights, such as data portability or objecting to certain processing, and we’ll honor them. We won’t treat you differently for using them. If you’re in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Children
Our websites aren’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information. If you think a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
9. International transfers
Sigentic Labs is based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in other countries. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers.
10. Changes & contact
If we change this policy, we’ll update the effective date above, and for significant changes we’ll give notice on this site.
