Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the websites run by Sigentic Labs LLC (“Sigentic Labs,” “we,” “us”). By using them, you agree to these terms.
Products have their own terms. Savorly is governed by the Savorly terms. Our open-source code is covered by each repository’s license. Where a product’s own terms conflict with these, the product’s terms apply to that product.

1. Scope
These terms cover sigenticlabs.com and the project websites that don’t publish their own terms: morseapp.io (including the Morse waitlist), meshlang.dev and the Incant project site.
2. Using our sites
You may browse, read and link to our websites. Please don’t:
- disrupt them, overload them, or try to gain unauthorized access to them;
- use them to send spam or to break the law;
- sign up for a waitlist with someone else’s email address.
Good-faith security research is welcome under our security policy.
3. Product terms & licenses
- Savorly: the Savorly terms apply to the apps and savorly.cooking.
- Mesh: released under the MIT License.
- Morse and Incant: their source code is published on GitHub for viewing. Unless a repository includes a license that says otherwise, all rights are reserved.
Apps downloaded from an app store are also subject to that store’s terms.
4. Pre-release software
Morse and Incant are in development, and Mesh hasn’t reached a stable 1.0 release. Pre-release builds may be incomplete, change without notice, or lose data, and Morse makes no production-security claim before its public release. Descriptions on our sites reflect current plans, not promises that a feature will ship on a particular date.
5. Intellectual property
Except for open-source code under its own license, the content of our websites, including text, designs, screenshots and logos, belongs to Sigentic Labs. The names and logos of Sigentic Labs, Savorly, Morse, Mesh and Incant are our trademarks, and you may not use them in a way that suggests we endorse you. Feedback you send us is welcome, and we may use it without obligation to you.
6. Copyright complaints
If you believe something on our sites or in our products infringes your copyright, send a notice to hello@sigenticlabs.com (subject: “Copyright notice”) or to the mailing address below. Include the work you believe is infringed, where the material is, your contact details, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn’t authorized, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you’re authorized to act for the owner, with your physical or electronic signature. For content on Savorly, see the Savorly terms.
7. Disclaimers
Our websites and pre-release software are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Sigentic Labs isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of our websites or pre-release software. Our total liability for any claim relating to them is limited to US $50.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kings County, New York, unless the law requires otherwise.
10. Changes & contact
We may update these terms, and we’ll change the effective date above when we do. Continuing to use our websites after a change means you accept it.
